It's okay - it met my needs

Had to find a place to stay and this was close to the airport (3-4 stops via airport shuttle) and affordable. Easy communication via chat. Basic place but it met my needs.

It's close to the airport so the area was bleak. There was a couple of restaurant but it's not like Seoul, so don't expect too much. But it meet my needs so it was okay.

Overnight Stay near ICN airport

We were here for a very short overnight stay. Very spacious and close to Incheon airport via free shuttle. 24 hour supermarket on the ground floor.

Would have preferred bigger bath towels for all.

Good for stopover and to catch early flight next day

The place is very near to Incheon International airport, approx about 3 to 5 mins using the Free Shutter Bus from the airport. It is 2nd stop after Hyatt Hotel from Incheon International airport. The staff is response fast and provide very clear information on how to check-in and get there. The bus station just right in front of the building - Sky World. For next day to airport, we need to cross over to opposites bus station to Incheaon International airport, the first bus start at 4.59am. We can find CU and 7-Eleven at the downstair and some restaurants too. We can also take the bus from bus station in front of the building to Hyundai Premium Outlets, Songdo, using bus 303-1 and stop at Technopark Station. Cost about krw 2,150.00. If the bus is 303, we can tell the driver that we want to go Technopark Station, the driver will drop us at the nearest station for bus 303-1.

The aircon in the room is not cool enough, it was preset to 26 Celsius and not adjustable.

Close to Airport. Great Stay.

It was very close to the airport which was fantastic! A bus stop right outside. The restaurant, the Jet Lagged Lizard, is attached to the building and it was great!

No breakfast included very clean and location was very close to airport. Image of the shuttle bus to catch from airport may of helped with language barrier.

It was OK.

There is free shuttle bus service to and from the property. The contact person was very helpful and responsive to all my queries. She also gave very specific instructions on how to get to the property.

There was no covered shower area, so be prepared to step into a wet toilet.The fridge and wardrobe had a stale and bad stench. They should probably be cleaned and aired regularly, and deodorizers could be placed in them to clear the stench. English labels should be placed on remote controls and switches to help foreigners understand the instructions. The beds were a little hard. I woke up with a backache. Provide extra pillows.

Accommodation was good but Airport transfers were a bit confusing.

The hotel was chosen for it's location and price. The room was large and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Overall the rooms were exactly what we expected after a long flight to Korea.

I found the description of the property a little misleading. "Situated in Incheon, Sky Guestel offers beachfront accommodation 5.7 km from Incheon International Airport Cargo Terminal Station and features various facilities, such as a garden, a terrace and a bar. " There is no beachfront, as it's about half a kilometer from the ocean and the nearest beach is approximately 4kms away as the crow flies. The "hotel" is actually a private apartment in an apartment building, and the hotel "garden, terrace and bar" are actually just private businesses within the building. The main thing though, is that it sounds like there is a private shuttle bus just for the hotel, but it is actually the airport shuttle bus. To get to the hotel from Terminal 2, you have to first find the correct gate and bus stop to get on the shuttle from T2 to T1. Get off and wait a quarter of an hour for a second shuttle (from the correct gate / bus stop) that then takes you around all the hotels. This is difficult enough to navigate with kids and luggage in the freezing cold, but if you don't know Korean, it can be extremely confusing.

it was clean and had a heated bed. pillows and mattress were good. good to have a washing machine. good amenities.

no one available to help or talk or guide. no reception. would have been nice to have a little packet of washing powder if there was a washing machine. slightly overpriced.

It's so near to the airport with free shuttle bus, convenient shops and restaurants near by. Although didn't get to meet any of the staff there but they are helpful in providing the information on how to get there through kakaotalk. Stove, microwave are available in the room for us to make simple meal, heat up instant food. .

The kettle inside was badly oxidized, but luckily there is a microwave. There isn't any cup, bowl, plate or any utensils provided even thought there is a stove, except paper cup.
